Reception Area Screens
MediaCAT allows you to display personalised messages on screens in your reception area to greet your important clients and keep them up-to-date with your businesses activities by displaying your latest news, information, and promotional material.
MediaCAT’s easy to use web based content management system allows you to display live web sites, RSS news feeds, weather, and travel information alongside corporate information such as upcoming events and press releases.
Health and Safety Notice Boards
A growing use for digital signage systems is the use of electronic Health and Safety notice boards to ensure regulatory messages are displayed to all staff on site. Our unique Health and Safety plugin allows staff to schedule notices to be displayed between specified dates and also records an audit trail to prove that messages have actually been displayed on screens.
With its unique mirroring system, multiple players can synchronise from a central master, allowing messages to be uploaded to the central player and rolled out to all screens across a site.
Call Centre Statistics and Graphing
MediaCAT can be integrated with almost any call centre PBX or business intelligence system to create corporate dashboards and call centre statistics displays. Our graphing plugin allows MediaCAT screens to show a wide variety of visual display tools, including animated graphs, to help catch your staff’s attention.
Electronic Notice Boards for Staff Communication
MediaCAT incorporates a comprehensive messaging system which allows the creation of multiple message boards, each of which can be displayed on different screens within your business.
An easy to use dedicated web interface for each message board allows permitted members of staff to update messages without having to be given training on the entire system.
