The Navaho MediaCAT Digital Signage player can help modern businesses to improve their staff communications. MediaCAT Digital Signage allows the creation of electronic notice boards to display information such as health and safety notices, business performance data (e.g. sales information), or local news, weather and travel reports.

Multi-Zone Screen Layout

Screen layout is fully customisable allowing multiple information sources to be shown on one screen. This might include slide shows of an event, sales data graphs and a live RSS text ticker.

By creating templates and locking areas that shouldn't be altered, it is possible to control corporate branding centrally while allowing the information to be entered at a local level by departments or nominated personnel e.g. a receptionist controlling a welcome screen in a Reception Area.

Meeting / Training Presentations

Using a remote control, authorised staff can override scheduled programming and choose to display different media at the touch of a button. This allows a screen to be re-tasked and used for displaying a health and safety or training video. New videos are easily uploaded and distributed across the network ensuring they are always current.

Graphical Data Presentation

For areas of the business driven by performance targets, the Navaho graphing plugin can take difficult to read numerical data and present it in clear graphical form that can be taken in at a glance. This data can come from a wide variety of sources including databases, intranets or manually entered spreadsheets.
